Port 25 is used as the default port for sending outgoing mail in many email clients.
It’s also exclusive in relaying messages across servers.
Many ISPS Block this port in an attempt to prevent spam.
Port 587 is exclusive for email. It’s primarily for email and may be used as an alternate port if a customers ISP is blocking port 25.
